How to ask Bajra Technologies to delete personal data we hold about you, including data received from Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).

01 / REQUEST

How to request

Business users can delete their account and workspace directly from Profile → Account in the Bajra AI dashboard.

End customers (whose messages flowed through a Bajra AI-powered inbox) should first contact the business they were messaging — that business is the data controller. You can also email us at support@bajra.ai and we will route the request. Include the platform you used, the business name (if known), and your identifier on that platform (phone number, handle, etc.).

02 / META

Removing Bajra AI from Meta

To stop data flow from Meta to Bajra AI, remove the Bajra AI app from your Meta account:

  • Facebook — Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then Remove.
  • Meta Business Suite — Business settings → Integrations, locate Bajra AI, then Remove.

Removing the app revokes our access going forward. Data already received remains in the connected workspace until the business deletes it; to have it removed on our side, email the request above.

03 / SCOPE

What we delete

We delete from active production systems:

  • Account profile (name, email, hashed password, role).
  • Conversation transcripts, messages, and attachments.
  • Contact records created from inbound messages.
  • Voice-call transcripts and metadata.

Limited data may persist briefly in encrypted backups (30-day rolling window) and operational server logs (up to 90 days). We may retain the minimum data required by law or for fraud-prevention holds.

04 / TIMELINE

Timeline & contact

We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We will confirm in writing to the email address you wrote in from.
