service.

Bajra AI is a multi-tenant SaaS workspace, developed and fully owned by Bajra Technologies Pvt. Ltd., that lets a business receive and respond to end-customer messages across connected channels, run an AI voice and text agent grounded in the business’s knowledge base, and escalate to human agents. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering this agreement. You are responsible for the security of your credentials, the conduct of users you invite, and the consents and legal bases needed for Bajra AI to process the messages, contacts, and content you connect or upload.

You must also comply with the policies of any messaging platforms you connect, including Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

You will not use Bajra AI to:

• Send spam or content that violates a connected platform’s rules.
• Send unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
• Impersonate a person or organisation.
• Interfere with the security of the service, attack third parties, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Train a competing AI model or scrape content for resale.

Customer Data (messages, contacts, knowledge content, and configuration) is yours. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to operate the service for you. We do not train foundation models on Customer Data.

AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, especially where regulation or material consequences are involved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bajra AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data.

Each party’s total aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using Bajra AI at any time by deleting your workspace from Settings → Workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for security or legal risk, or where required by a connected platform. On termination, we delete Customer Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kathmandu, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
