How Bajra Technologies (Bajra AI) handles personal data on the platform that unifies WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, web chat, and voice into a single inbox.

01 / DATA

Information we collect

  • Account: Name, email, hashed password, organization, and role.
  • Conversations: Messages exchanged through connected channels — text, attachments, sender identifiers, timestamps, and AI-generated replies.
  • Voice: Real-time audio is processed to produce a transcript and call metadata. The audio recording is retained alongside the transcript for quality review, dispute resolution, and AI improvement.
  • Knowledge base: Documents and prompts a business uploads to ground its AI agent.
  • Usage: Standard server logs and product analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.

02 / PURPOSE

How we use it

We use the data above to operate the product, generate AI replies, secure the service, and communicate service-related notices. We do not train foundation models on customer conversation content, and we do not sell personal information.

03 / SUB-PROCESSORS

Sharing & sub-processors

We share data only with infrastructure and integration providers needed to operate the service: cloud hosting (AWS), real-time media (LiveKit), AI model providers (contractually barred from training on the data we send), connected messaging platforms (Meta), and transactional email. We may also disclose data where required by law.

04 / RETENTION

How long we keep data

  • Account & conversation data — while the workspace is active, or until the customer deletes it.
  • Voice audio & transcripts — retained with the conversation record, deleted on customer request or workspace closure.
  • Server logs — up to 90 days.
  • Backups — 30-day rolling window.

When a workspace closes, we delete its content within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

05 / RIGHTS

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Business users can manage their account from the Settings page; for everything else, see the Data Deletion Instructions or write to support@bajra.ai.
